Guide to Creating an sGTM Server and Retrieving Container Configuration

Step1: Open Google Tag Manager (GTM) and navigate to Admin from the top menu.

Step 2: Open Google Tag Manager (GTM) and navigate to Admin from the top menu.

Step 3: Enter a Container name, select Target platform as Server, and click Create in the upper right corner.

Step 4: After the container is created, choose Manually provision tagging server and copy the Container Config value.

Step 5: When creating JTracking’s sGTM server, paste this value into the Container Configuration field.

Step 6: For an existing sGTM container, go to Admin → Container Settings.

Step 7: Click Set up your tagging server.

Step 8: You can also find the Container Config value there.
