JTracking (“the Service”, “we”, “our”) provides AI-powered tracking automation tools, including but not limited to:

• Crawling Feature – capturing web page screenshots and HTML structures for analysis.

• Site Map and Tracking Plan Generation – automatically generating site maps and event tracking plans based on business context.

• GTM Configuration Generation – producing GTM (Google Tag Manager) configurations and enabling synchronization with your GTM workspace.

• Data Relay and Hosting Services – offering data relay servers for event tracking, enabling secure, stable, and scalable data transmission and hosting capabilities.

These tools are designed to simplify event tracking, reduce implementation costs, and accelerate data-driven optimization.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements to use JTracking.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

You agree to use JTracking in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you must not:

• Use JTracking for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

• Upload or crawl any URL or domain that you do not have the legal right to access.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the functionality of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the legality of the content and data you upload or process through JTracking.

All software, algorithms, user interfaces, designs, and other materials related to JTracking are the intellectual property of JTracking or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for legitimate business purposes.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from JTracking content without written consent.

Any tracking plans or GTM configurations generated by JTracking remain your property; however, JTracking retains the right to use aggregated and anonymized data to improve the Service.

Certain features of JTracking may require payment.
All fees, subscription plans, and quotas are displayed within the Service interface.
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.
Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing or quotas with reasonable prior notice.

We strive to ensure stable and accurate service performance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JTracking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

You agree that your total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to JTracking in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Your use of JTracking is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
We do not collect or store personal data from the websites you crawl, except as necessary to provide the Service.
By using JTracking, you consent to the processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to JTracking if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws;

• Required by legal authorities;

• Continued service poses risk to system stability or other users.

Upon termination, your access to generated plans, GTM configurations, or stored data may be removed, except as required by law.

We may update these Terms periodically.
Any updates will be communicated via email or product notifications.
Continued use of JTracking after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

JTracking is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the courts of Singapore for resolution.
