These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of JTracking Technologies Inc.’s services, website, tools, AI modules, and server-side tracking infrastructure (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use. “JTracking,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to JTracking Technologies Inc.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Your account may not be shared or used to impersonate others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

JTracking provides AI-assisted tracking configuration, server-side data pipelines, event delivery to advertising and analytics platforms, and related tools. Features may evolve over time and may differ by region or subscription tier.

We may update or modify the Service at any time to improve performance, add functionality, or address security issues.

You agree not to use JTracking for activities that violate local or international laws. Prohibited activities include:

• Improper collection or misuse of personal data
• Attempting to access systems without authorization
• Interfering with platform integrity or performance
• Circumventing billing or usage limits
• Uploading malicious code or using the system for abuse or fraud
• Misrepresenting your identity or your organization’s identity

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited behavior.

JTracking processes visitor and customer data on your behalf, and you control how it is used. You are responsible for:

• Implementing lawful data practices on your website
• Providing accurate privacy disclosures to your users
• Obtaining valid consent where required by law (GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA, LGPD, etc.)
• Ensuring your use of JTracking complies with all advertising platforms’ policies
• Securing your own systems, credentials, and API keys

JTracking is not liable for data collection choices made by Clients or for misuse of the Service.

JTracking’s AI modules may generate tracking plans, event mappings, recommended setups, or insights. These outputs are suggestions and may include errors. You remain responsible for reviewing all recommendations before implementing them.

You may not use AI outputs to train competing machine learning models or for any purpose that violates these Terms.

You may connect JTracking to advertising and analytics providers such as Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok, Shopify, BigCommerce, or custom APIs.

Your interaction with these platforms is governed by their respective terms. JTracking is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms or for limitations, outages, or policy restrictions that originate from those services.

Paid features require an active subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge you the applicable fees.

Subscription terms automatically renew unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing may change, but we will notify you of any material adjustments.

All JTracking software, designs, documentation, content, algorithms, and branding remain the exclusive property of JTracking Technologies Inc.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as long as these Terms are followed. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service.

Any non-public information you provide remains confidential. Both parties agree to handle confidential information with reasonable care and not disclose it unless legally required or expressly permitted.

Our handling of personal data is governed by the JTracking Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you authorize us to process data as described in that policy.

Clients remain responsible for their own compliance obligations relating to data protection, consent, and end-user rights.

We strive to maintain a high level of uptime, but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for downtime caused by hosting providers, third-party platforms, API changes, or network disruptions.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee particular advertising results, attribution accuracy, revenue outcomes, or platform approvals.

Your use of AI outputs, tracking recommendations, server-side event delivery, and analytics integrations is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, JTracking is not liable for lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages.

Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to JTracking in the previous 12 months.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to platform integrity or data security.

Upon termination, access will be revoked and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms periodically. When changes are significant, we will notify you through the dashboard or by email. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Singapore.
